Oregon has signed up just 44 people for ObamaCare through November, despite spending more than $300 million on its state-based exchange. That amounts to $6,818,181 per enrollee.

Moreover, the (liberal) state’s exchange had the fewest sign-ups in the nation though the end of November, according to a new report today from the Department of Health and Human Services.

Lest you think that Oregon is alone in spending mega-bucks to attract anemic numbers of people to apply for ObamaCare, tiny Delaware spent $4 million to enroll four people in October.

Kinda puts those $640 plastic toilet seats into perspective, huh?
