Incidentally, here’s what the glitch-filled website looked like before it became apparent that there was no quick fix in the works:
Now that reality has settled in, here’s what the website looks like now:
Obviously, they need find someone to fix something so the phone prompts won’t refer people back to the website. Maybe they can get someone from Geek Squad to come out sometime today.
