Sen. Feinstein, author of the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban, would-be gun grabber, and one-time concealed carrier of a firearm, believes it should be illegal to hunt humans. Look in the law books under M for “murder.”
This is Feinstein’s quote:
The time has come, America, to step up and ban these weapons. The other very important part of this bill is to ban large capacity ammunition feeding devices, those that hold more than 10 rounds. We have federal regulations and state laws that prohibit hunting ducks with more than three rounds. And yet it’s legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines. Limiting magazine capacity is critical because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down.”
According to the Connecticut newspaper Hartford Courant, Newtown shooter Adam Lanza “changed magazines frequently as he fired his way through the first-grade classrooms of Lauren Rousseau and Victoria Soto, sometimes shooting as few as 15 shots from a 30-round magazine, sources said.”
The famous testimony of gun massacre survivor Suzanna Hupp in the 1990s gives an account of a witness who suggests the volume of the magazines a shooter uses is fairly inconsequential, especially if the intended victims are disarmed.
