CBS Ties ‘Right Wing’ Norwegian Mass Murderer to Newtown Shooter

Adam Lanza is being tie by the U.S. media to the certifiably insane Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik, who gunned down 77 people in July 2011.

A report by the Raw Story cited a CBS story that had it that Lanza wanted to kill more people than Breivik.

Undisclosed law enforcement sources told CBS News on Monday that Adam Lanza shot children at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut after being inspired by Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik.

Lanza thought he was in competition with Breivik, a rightwing extremist who killed 77 people in 2011. Breivik said he was protecting his country from multiculturalism by setting off a car bomb at government offices before gunning down 69 people at a Labour Party youth camp.

So what was Lanza’s political motivation for his killing of 28 schoolchildren and staff at an elementary school? If you simply paid attention to the media portrayal of all of this, it appears his motivation so far has been the availability of guns, mental disorders, violent video games, and now a Norwegian shooter. Sheesh…
