Michigan Democrats Threaten "Blood" Over Right-to-Work Legislation

The Democrats smell blood in the Michigan Right-to-Work battle, and the union boss-in-chief has given them the all-clear to go Daniel Day Lewis on the Republicans. As The Examiner reports:
“There will be blood,” State Representative Douglas Geiss threatened from the floor of the Michigan House of Representatives today as the body debated legislation that would make Michigan the nation’s 24th right to work state.
“I really wish we had not gone here,” Geiss continued. “It is the leadership in this house that has led us here. The same leadership that tried to throw a bomb right on election day, leading to a member switching parties, and came in at the 11th hour with a gotcha bill. For that, I do not see solace, I do not see peace.”

The Democrat Party definitely wants to keep drinking from the union milkshake, even if that means another federal bailout. If you’re in a protected union, have a government job, or are even on welfare, it’s likely you could care less about economic freedom or the budget deficit or the real pain a lot of unemployed Americans are feeling.
If you’re in a union, you’re just going to keep on voting Democrat, even if the country goes bankrupt paying for it. And who will bail the U.S. out then?
